Currently in the planning process, the vision for Black Creek is a horizontally mixed-use and highly amenitized community located on a bluff overlooking Chattanooga, Tennessee. The plan calls for various neighborhoods that match housing type with land types. A central village includes a wellness center, a hotel, cottages, small homes, a small amount of retail, and a fire station. The village is oriented to a small lake and includes ample trails, green spaces, forest preservation and care for the sites topography. The site’s character will be protected with clear architectural and site development guidelines. Great care will be given to the integration of each neighborhood and homesite into the natural and built landscape.
